Plus Approach Foundation is actively working in the transformation & up-liftment of people living in the remote villages of Uttrakhand. One of the initiative being implemented towards Women empowerment is facilitating daughters of low-income families of marriageable age to get married with financial assistance from the foundation.

In the year 2021-22, with the support & financial assistance from the foundation 3 girls of under privileged section of the society got married and settled in their new life.

The parents of these girls are so poor that they can hardly meet their daily requirements and earnings do not leave any scope for saving for any emergency needs. Saving for the future of their wards viz Education, Marriage etc is beyond their thoughts. The families are not in a position to meet entire expenditure of the wedding ceremony of their daughters. The loans taken for executing the marriages puts the poor parents under tremendous financial burden and vicious circle of Garibi.

The financial assistance provided to the poor families not only facilitate empowerment of a poor girl through her settlement in life but also help the poor parent from debt burden and improvement in his financial status.

Plus Approach Foundation wishes to provide financial assistance of Rs 51000 each to the parents of these girls for their marriages. Presently more than 10 requests are pending with foundation for requirement of funds, your help & donation is earnestly requested to grant them the amount.

Donners are also requested to sponsor marriage of girl (s) by contribution of Rs 51000 per girl. The donation can be in the memory of some one which will be announced in the marriage and your aashirvad will be conveyed to the couple.
